Trending: Wenger's Potential Successor To Snub Arsenal deal?? 1

Borussia Dortmund manager Thomas Tuchel has dismissed reports suggesting him as a potential successor to Arsene Wenger at Arsenal.

The 43-year old is one of the best managers in Europe and is known for his technicality in the game which makes him a perfect replacement for Frenchman Arsene Wenger whose contract is set to expire at the end of the current season.

Thomas Tuchel, Eddie Howe and Diego Simeone are the three big names that are considered favorites to replace Wenger at Arsenal in the near future. But the German manager has insisted that he is happy at Dortmund after taking over from Klopp last season.

‘I have a contract in Dortmund and am happy,’ said Tuchel.

‘I can’t say anything about that because I don’t know anything about it.’

But manager Arsene Wenger has not confirmed about rumors suggesting that the club have offered him a new deal. Arsenal’s recent form has been a worry for the club as well as fans as they have once again fallen off the title race after impressive start to the season and Wenger’s future still remains uncertain at the club.

‘Once again, thank you for caring about my future, but that’s not the most important thing,’ Wenger first deflected.

‘My future is in front of me every time I make a half-turn. What is important for me is that Arsenal Football Club does well, and I dedicate my whole energy to the club doing well.’

It remains to be seen whether Arsenal will let go off Wenger at the end of the season as both Diego Simeone and Thomas Tuchel are determined to stay at their current clubs next season. Should the club hierarchy decide to see off Wenger then it would be hard to find a potential suitor who could fill in the shoes of big Frenchman for the next season.
