While every football fan, especially a Manchester United fan, was scrolling down the feed on Twitter to receive the update on Louis van Gaal’s sacking, Trevor Sinclair decided to mess around with some fans. Sinclair tried to fool away the fans with his tweets as he posted an image of Ed Woodward and captioned it saying Eddie seems a Manchester City fan. The tweet spread like wild fire and the United fans believed that their wait for the official announcement of the sacking was just near. However, when observed clearly, it was found that the image was an old picture and had nothing to do with the current scenario. This was Trevor’s first way of trolling the fans.
LVG is to be sacked…… Think Ed Woodward is a City fan
When fans mentioned Trevor saying that they’ve realized that the tweet was misleading, he hurriedly tweeted accepting the fact that the snap was one that belonged to the past. He also stated saying that Jose is in a massive crisis right now. Before tweeting about Jose, Sinclair also teased the fans saying ‘’He’s gone’’, indicating the tweet towards Louis van Gaal. However he took no time in deleting the tweet and also disclosed the truth behind the tweets.

Sinclair tricked Twitter with his tweets as he managed to troll the fans for about an hour or so. Finally he tweeted saying it was a school boy error and apologized for his last 2 tweets as he deleted them. Well, it is safe to say Sinclair has managed to fool a lot of fans during his intense phase of the new manager’s saga.
