Jurgen Klopp has not been a lucky man since his move as a manager to the Red of Merseyside. The fact that he has not played even a single game with all his players fit shows how hard he has had to work with his squad to flush results out.
This month, Liverpool have already played 3 games in 3 different competitions and will play another 5 games in the reminder of the month. They are looking a side seriously depleted of energy and have upto 9 first team players injured at the moment.
The manager has tried to bring in reinforcements in the transfer window but will need his players to stay fit for longer periods of time.
Liverpool are going into a tough week with Arsenal and Manchester United travelling to Anfield within 4 days. Klopp is without Henderson, Skrtel, Sturridge, Lovre, Sakho, Toure, Rossiter, Ings, Gomez, Origi, Coutinho and Ibe for these games but recent reports state that Liverpool will be handed a triple injury boost ahead of the Arsenal clash.
Sources close to the club have said that Liverpool might welcome the likes of Kolo Toure, Mamadou Sakho and Jordan Ibe for the game on Wednesday.
It will be very important for Klopp to see his players back in full fitness and will hope to get the best out of the team he has at his disposal when they face the Gunners in a crunch clash.
Arsenal and Liverpool played out a 0-0 draw in their first meeting this season. Both clubs will want more from this fixture and Arsenal will go into the game as favorites with the current form they are in.
It will be interesting to see the squad Klopp sends out to face the Gunners as his team recover from the 2-2 draw at Exeter in the FA Cup last weekend.
