Liverpool fans all over the world were glued to their television to watch their news signing Roberto Firmino in action for Brazil against Paraguay. Liverpool duo Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino started for Brazil. Philippe Coutinho played the entire game, while Firmino was substituted after 69 mins. It was a rather disappointing performance by the new Liverpool man, but plenty blamed Dunga for playing him as a striker.
