Huge! Man United Manager Reveals His Plans For The Future Amid Interests From China 1

Manchester United have found some decent form going into the busiest part of the season, stitching three back to back victories to try and put pressure on the Spurs in the 5th place in the points table.  The manager will be happy with his team’s recent performances and will hope that they can keep up the good work throughout the season.

Having taken over the Old Trafford outfit this summer, Mourinho has been criticized for over spending on players and ignoring quality players in the squad but inspite of all the mini-controversies that he has been involved in, he has kept Manchester United within touching distance of a place in the top-4 this season.

So it does not come as a surprise that Manchester United would want to keep him at the club for a long time.

Speaking to Sky Sports in an exclusive interview, Mourinho opened up about his situation at the club and revealed that United are yet to offer him a new contract but said that they have been supportive this season.

Speaking to the media, Mourinho said, I’m not expecting them to do that (offer a new contract), because they gave me a three-year contract.

“They are being super supportive with me, and always gave me the feeling that three years is not the time I am going to stay here, I always had the feeling that I am going to stay for more time,” he added.

He continued to explain how happy he has felt at the Old Trafford since his move to Manchester and revealed that the competition in the league is what drives him to win.

“I want to stay in the most difficult place to win, so I’m in the right place.”

However, the Manchester United manager has been linked with a move to China on a big money contract but Mourinho was over this situation and revealed what he wants to do.

He said that Manchester United are yet to offer him a contract but revealed that he is ready to put pen to paper when he is offered one.

He went on to explain that though a move to China is financially attractive, that he is too young in his career as a manager to go to a place like China.

I’m loving my job at Manchester United, and they know that if one day they bring the contract, I will sign it, I don’t even need my advisers, I’ll sign because I am loving it,” he said.

“China money is attractive for everyone, but I love my football at the highest level more. Too young, 53, too young, too many years of football to go to a place like China,” he added.

Mourinho also went on to speak about his transfer plans and also spoke about the fringe players who might be leaving the club soon. Here is the full interview.
