Yesterday Luke shaw of Manchester United suffered a horrifying injury during the UEFA Champions League group stage game against PSV Eindhoven where he suffered a double leg fracture. Luke Shaw was making a run down the left flank when PSV’s Mexican defender Hector Moreno pulled off a rough tackle at the English youngster. Shaw went down to the ground in great pain as it looked like he might have twisted his ankle badly. 

The defender may be out for a whole season and will be undergoing a surgery.

Such nasty injuries are not new in football and we have seen players suffering such unfortunate injuries before also. Players like Francesco Totti, Aaron Ramsey, Eduardo, Djibril Cisse, Bryan Oviedo.

Here are some of those nasty injuries in a video. Manchester united fans and England fans will be hoping for Shaw to come back stronger like the players in this video did. In fact, irrespective of whatever club, one may like, all should wish for the 20-year-old’s strong comeback and fulfilling his potential.
