The Premier League is not just the riches and the most exciting league in Europe. It is also one of the most hysterical leagues as fans of every club are mad about their institution.
So it does not come as a surprise that a loss to one of the rivals cannot go down easily. But a loss to local rivals is even tougher as Arsenal fans learned after their loss to Chelsea at the Stamford Bridge at the weekend.
The Gunners, who went into the game on the back of a loss to Watford at home, were completely humiliated in their hometown as Antonio Conte’s top of the table Chelsea put three past Petr Cech in a 3-1 victory on the night.
Marcos Alonso, Cesc Fabregas and Eden Hazard were all on target as Giroud found a late consolation and the performances of both sides showed the stark differences in the quality of the squads at the two clubs.

Though Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil have been decent this season, the Arsenal fans are evidently unhappy with the squad at the disposal, especially with a number of injuries to star players and this saw one Arsenal fan take it himself to scout for his French manager.
A video doing the round on social media after the loss to Hull City earlier this year saw an Arsenal fan approach a Chelsea player, asking him if he could move to the Emirates next summer.
The supporter in question, working for YouTube channel ‘CheekySport’ took a video of himself asking Brazilian winger Willian to move to Arsenal at the end of the season and the winger’s reaction was hilarious.

And he took it a step further this weekend when he ambushed Chelsea duo Diego Costa and Kurt Zouma if they would prefer a move to Arsenal.
The Spanish striker, who has been devastating form this season, could not find the back of the net against Arsenal but he was begged by the Arsenal fan to chose his club over a move to China.
Costa is linked with a big money move to CSL outfit Shanghai SIPG at the end of the season and he shrugged off this question with a quite smile.
However, Kurt Zouma, the defender who is fighting his way back into the first team was also asked a similar question.
He had a completely hilarious reaction where he burst out into laughter before saying he won’t.
The fan captured the entire moment and posted in on his channel on ‘YouTube’ and here is the video:
It was a funny way to get the loss out of the system but with a 9 points gap over Arsenal, Chelsea will have the last laugh.
