Riding on goals from Eden Hazard and Diego Costa, Chelsea re-established their 10 points lead at the top of the Premier League with a routine 2-1 win over West Ham United.
West Ham began the proceeding by bombarding their 6ft 4in striker Andy Carroll with lofted balls. However, Antonio Conte’s men managed to keep the England international at bay before Eden Hazard opened the scoring in the 25th minute. The goal came from a swift counter-attack after the brilliant N’Golo Kante won possession and sent Hazard clear. The Belgium international exchanged passes with Pedro before scoring his 11th goal of the season. Pedro and Victor Moses were denied by Aaron Cresswell and Randolph respectively as the Blues walked into the break with a one-goal lead.
Diego Costa then doubled Chelsea five minutes after the restart to make the game safe for his team. Slaven Bilic’s men started to pile pressure on the visitors late into the half and were duly rewarded for it when Lanzini scored in the 92nd minute but Chelsea held firm to strengthen their grip on top of the league.

Leicester bought Kante last season, won PL. Chelsea bought Kante this season, nearly win PL.
Sell Kante to Liverpool to help them win PL.

I am a big Matic fan, but Conte has picked the right time to shake his team up. A bit of magic and freshness in the run-in #CFC #WHUCHE
