Real Madrid and Spanish midfielder, Isco lost his temper after a reporter asked a question about Spain’s failure in the FIFA World Cup in Russia.
Isco’s Spain got crashed out of the World Cup after losing to hosts, Russia.
Ahead of Spain’s UEFA Nation’s League game against England, Isco appeared in the press conference. A question from El Pais journalist, who asked about Spain’s tactics against teams that defend deep, was not liked by Isco.
“I won’t answer that question as you’ll write whatever you like in your section in the newspaper. So I’ll just you let you carry on in that manner.”
He further added,
“We’re the ones playing on the pitch for the national team. But we need people around us who are helpful instead of putting obstacles in the way constantly as that offers nothing.”
Isco was unhappy with criticism of his World Cup performances by the journalist. After delivering a promising performance in the thrilling 3-3 draw against Portugal, it all started to collapse. Spain got crashed out of the World Cup after being defeated in penalties against hosts Russia.

Forgetting the heartbreak, Spain is now all set to start afresh. Luis Enrique, who got appointed after the World Cup will begin his mission by taking on England.
After the retirement of David Silva, Gerard Pique and Andres Iniesta, the former Barcelona coach would need to guide the team from scratch.
However, Gareth Southgate’s men managed to reach the semifinals of the World Cup. And they are set to give a tough fight to the 2010 World Champions.
With the departure of Iniesta, the Real Madrid midfielder, Isco is now the key man. He has to step up to help Spain start a new era.
