Ever since Luke Harper started feuding with his former allies or better say, family members, we are getting to know his true potentials. He showcased an excellent match against Randy Orton at the Elimination Chamber and that can be a turning point for his career.
He had some great matches at the indies, he played his Brody Lee gimmick pretty well at the CZW, and he is playing his current gimmick pretty well too. So what would be the best bookings for him for WrestleMania?
Let us have a close look:
- Luke Harper vs. AJ Styles – Even though we watched this match on this week’s Smackdown and it was a good match, they can continue their feud till WrestleMania where they can put up an amazing contest too. Having a match against the phenomenal one at ‘the grandest stage of them all’ could be an excellent turning point for Luke’s career.
- Luke Harper vs. Bray Wyatt vs. Randy Orton Triple Threat Match – Even though he is literally out of the title frame after losing to AJ Styles this week, but it is possible as his feud with Bray Wyatt never got a clean bottom line. As Randy Orton challenged Bray at WrestleMania, the match can now be triple threat match including Luke.
- Luke Harper vs. Bray Wyatt vs. Randy Orton vs. AJ Styles – Fatal 4 Way Match – Things can be made even better by booking a fatal 4-way match. People might argue with us about the fact we are considering Luke harper in the main event of WrestleMania, but we believe he is capable of having such a match. He never got the proper booking to show his class.
- Luke Harper vs. Dolph Ziggler – Now let us take Luke out of the title frame, what could be the other suitable bookings for him? Dolph Ziggler is currently unbooked for WrestleMania and booking these two athletes in a match for WrestleMania might be it. It would look good for both individuals.
- Luke Harper winning Andre the Giant memorial Battle Royal – Another match that is not being talked about much is the Andre the Giant memorial battle royal. Having Luke Harper as the winner of this battle royal can give him the push that he actually needs. We even had Big Show as a Andre the Giant Battle Royal winner, so why not some new talent like Luke Harper?
