Zimbabwe still have a lot of work to do ahead of the New Zealand series:
When Indian announced a weakened squad for the tour to Zimbabwe, many critics slashed the decision as dis-respectful.
But the manner in which the hosts were out-played by a second string young Indian side shows the short-comings of the side. They have not been able to perform as a team and were not playing to plan. They were just not able to put pressure on the Indians and leaving the only T20 that they took a result from, Zimbabwe were completely outplayed in every department.
Surely, they will have to work hard and come up with strong plans to get the better of a New Zealand side that is hungry for success in their next bi-lateral series.
