In an illustrious career, he took the Gold in the 2003 Commonwealth Wrestling Championships and followed it up with a Bronze in the 2006 Asian Games in Doha. He won gold in 2010 Commonwealth games too. He made a hat-trick of Commonwealth games’ gold medal by winning in 2014. He followed it up winning one more gold in 2014 Asian games.
