An Indian sports fan shows his character bashing ace shuttler Sania Nehwal. On a night when PV Sindhu smashed her Japanese opponent Nozomi Okuhara to reach the final of the Rio Olympic badminton final a fan Anshul Sagar asked Saina to pack her bags.
Sindhu qualified in the semifinal defeating World No. 2 Wang Yihan. In the final Now, she will meet Spain’s world no, 1 Carolina Marin.
But Nehwal, who has been India’s main bid in badminton over the years for her performance over the years won the 2012 Olympic bronze medal, lost in the first round of the Olympics. Nehwal suffered an injury in 2015 , so she needed some time to recovery. She won the 2016 Australia Open.
In Olympic possibly she was not in her best form otherwise, she was not a shuttler who can lose in the first round of a marquee event.
Saina retweeted Anshul’s tweet and said: “Sure thank u Sindhu is doing really well India is doing really.”
If an athlete loses their match and another excel, it doesn’t mean you will abuse for her inability to perform. But this man is so much stimulated by Sindhu’s performance that when everybody was hailing PV Sindhu he took his time out to troll Saina.
However, he later realised that what wrong he has done as Saina’s fans didn’t take this tweet in a good manner.
Anshul later apologized to Saina and she pardoned him.
Sure thank u ?Sindhu is doing really well ?India is doing really https://t.co/7Sf2rztear
