Reigning champions Sri Lanka will lock horns against Bangladesh in the second match of the Super 4 stage of the ongoing Asia Cup 2023. The SL vs BAN clash is scheduled to take place on Saturday (September 7). The match will be played at the R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo from 03:00 PM IST.
While it will be Sri Lanka’s first Super 4 game in the ongoing tournament, Bangladesh will be playing their second. The Bangla Tigers will be under immense pressure in the game as they need to win it to keep their slim hopes of progressing to the final alive. In their first Super 4 game, the Shakib Al Hasan-led side had suffered a crushing 6-wicket loss against Pakistan.
