An athlete died while taking selfi at an danger edge 1

While  taking a selfie  a 20-year-old Bhopal athlete lost his life in Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh.   While his friend, named as Imran, was  rescued and taken to the hospital but he died on the way to the hospital.

The Bhopal boy’s foot slipped  over the edge of the waterfall and died.  Taking selfie from a danger end and losing life  has become a mania for the young generation.

Imran, a resident of Varanasi,  was working as a blacksmith  in Bhadohi. The Bhopal boy was a former wrestler.  Imran and his friend Windham went for a picnic on Sunday but while taking selfie Windham fall in the terrain.

They arrived the picnic spot around 2 pm Imran was preparing some food  and has  seen to take a selfie on the edge of the waterfall. Regardless of the danger, the deceased boy chooses to take a selfie. Local vendors Ram Kumar cautioned him.  Imran tried to stop him, but  the deceased boy slipped and drowned into the water.

Shahid’s condition critical.  Imran also jumped into the water immediately, he failed to save him. Locals immediately informed the police, and then pulled out them taking help of  two divers. Mirzapur Range DIG Ratan Kumar Srivastava said both were pulled out  about an hour later from the water. They were immediately taken to the district hospital where doctors declared him dead and Imran Shahid was referred to the hospital in Varanasi. Shahid’s condition remains fragile.

Srivastava appealed everybody from taking this kind of risky selfie.
