Becky Lynch recently had an interview with Extra.io where she talked about how she began a career in pro wrestling. During the chat session, she admitted initially lying to her mother about wrestling. She also revealed the reaction of her mother when she found out the truth,
“My ma, yes! The freakin’ killings that were in my house when I told her I was wrestling, because I lied to her and told her that it was Brazillian Jiu Jitsu that I was doing. Then when she found out it was wrestling, she freakin’ nearly ripped my head off.”
The Man’s mother had every right to be mad on her daughter as at one point, she concussed her head so bad that doctors barred her from competing inside the squared circle. Becky Lynch then worked as a flight attendant for sometimes before coming back to the competition who eventually ended up on NXT who made the most of that given opportunity.
During the interview, Becky Lynch also spoke about her relationship with Seth Rollins. She disclosed that they were originally supposed to tie the knot in sometimes after WrestleMania 36. But they have to push back their planned wedding because of the coronavirus pandemic,
“Yeah it has, that’s going to get pushed back, obviously. Look, at the end of the day, I’m going to be with him forever. So it doesn’t matter if we get married next month or next year or two days from now, it’s all the same.”
Becky Lynch never mentioned the exact date when she was going to marry Seth Rollins but she did reveal that the wedding won’t take place in Ireland. There will be close friends and families attending the show which seems the primary reason for postponing the wedding.
