With the January transfer market nearing, Chelsea boss Antonio Conte would be looking to add attacking flair to his side. His side has been playing some scintillating football which sees them enjoy the second position in the league table from after 11 games.

Blue’s boss Antonio Conte is open to offers for Cesc Fabregas who has failed to impress the manager and has spent most of his time on the bench since Conte has arrived. Conte is also open to offers for long-serving Chelsea midfielder John Obi Mikel who has not made many appearances under Conte and it clearly seems he is not a fit into Conte’s future plans.

Chelsea are eyeing some big names this winter one of which is Paris St. Germain’s Marco Veratti. The versatile youngster has impressed highly in the navy blue outfit and Conte is keen to land him at Stamford Bridge. The signing of the midfielder could see Chelsea strengthen their midfield further with the likes of Eden Hazard, Willian, Pedro, Matic and Kante already in the team. Much to the joy of Conte, Veratti’s agent has revealed that the player is open for a new move as he wants to win something ‘important’. Looking at the kind of form Chelsea are in, Stamford Bridge could be the right place for the Italian.

Chelsea next faces Middlesbrough and then Tottenham in their English Premier League fixtures. They do not have any European fixtures this year which is proving out to be an advantage for the London club. The club is playing dominating football and has earned 25 points from their 11 games. They have not conceded a single goal since switching to their new formation of 3-4-3. It’s quite breathtaking to see how quickly Chelsea has adapted to their manager’s tactics and are performing at the highest level.
