2nd SECOND ASHES TEST, ADELAIDE OVAL, ADELAIDE 

England won the toss and chose to bowl first in the first ever day/night Ashes Test match at the Adelaide Oval in Adelaide. England struck early as Cameron Bancroft was a victim of a mix up with David Warner before Chris Woakes hit the stumps directly. Warner and Usman Khawaja got starts but lost their wickets Woakes and James Anderson respectively. Australia was 161/3 at the time of writing with Steven Smith and Peter Handscomb at the crease.

India vs Sri Lanka 3rd Test, Feroz Shah Kotla, Delhi

India won the toss and chose to bat first in the third and final Test of the series. As expected, India dominated the days play as Murali Vijay, and Virat Kohli scored back to back centuries. Vijay scored his second century in as many Tests whereas Kohli scored his third consecutive Test century. Indian skipper continued his rich vein of form as he scored his 20th Test century at his home ground in Delhi while this was Vijay’s 11th Test century. India was 324/2 at the time of writing. Shikhar Dhawan and Cheteshwar Pujara both scored 23 runs.

New Zealand Vs West Indies, 1st Test, Basin Reserve, Wellington

Colin De Grandhomme scored the fast maiden century as he hammered the Windies bowling attack to complete a century in just 71 balls on day two of the first Test. His knock helped the Kiwis to take a 313 runs lead in the first innings. New Zealand was 447/9 at stumps on day two. Ross Taylor also played a helping hand as he scored 93 runs while Henry Nicholls scored a well made 67. For Windies, Kemar Roach was the pick of the bowlers as he picked up three wickets.

WORLD HOCKEY LEAGUE, BHUBANESHWAR

Germany defeated England 2-0 in the tournament opener, and India managed to pull off an entertaining 1-1 draw against the mighty Australians on day one of the tournament.

Day 2 saw Belgium defeat Argentina 3-2 and Spain defeated Netherlands 3-2.

ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE-Week 14-Match 15

Arsenal Vs Manchester United

Arsenal host one of the better teams in the league Manchester United at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday. Both the teams are coming at the back of interesting wins in their previous matches. United are eight points behind league leaders Manchester City whereas Arsenal is placed fourth in the league table. The match is scheduled to begin at 11 PM IST.
