As reported earlier, Alberto Del Rio landed into troubles, once again with domestic battery allegations against him. The former WWE Champion was arrested on May 9 and charged with sexual assault, a second-degree felony. His bond was granted at $50,000 which the records showed that he posted to get released from jail around 3:30 AM on Sunday.
More details on the incident have now surfaced potentially revealing a brutal side of Alberto Del Rio to the public. News 4 San Antonio reported that an affidavit for Del Rio, real name Jose A. Rodriguez Chucuan, provided graphic detail of the incident.
Court documents informed that the victim woman (relationship with Alberto Del Rio is yet to be disclosed) had been assaulted by the accused guilty on more than one occasion and that physically harmed her, as well.

As per the source, Alberto Del Rio accused the woman of cheating on him with another man that started the problem. She didn’t want to admit anything and the torture began from then onwards. Here’s more from the source as carried by wrestlingINC.com,
“She alleged that he became angry when she wouldn’t admit to cheating on him so he struck her and then took her to his downstairs bedroom and slapped her eight more times. The victim claimed that he then made her put on a dress and dance for him, but she refused. He allegedly then warned her not to cry or he’d take her son and ‘drop him off in the middle of the road somewhere.'”
More graphic details released from the incident informed that the victim told detectives that she does not have much memory of the events. Rather she went forward with photographs of the exploitation happened to her at the hands of Alberto Del Rio.
News San Antionio reported, “police said Rodriguez Chucuan then tied the woman’s hands with boxing straps, put a sock in her mouth and sexually assaulted her for several hours, using various objects.”
Investigators have revealed that Alberto Del Rio has also punched her in the back during the assault, which caused injuries that could be identified. The woman also claimed that she does not remember much after Alberto Del Rio forcefully grabbed her by the throat.
For now, Alberto Del Rio can reside in his home but if these series of incidents turn out to be true then he could land into real trouble. The Mexican Aristocrat has gone various such cases throughout his entire career earning the reputation of being a bad boy. It also cost him his entire WWE career as well as a relationship with former WWE Divas Champion Paige.
