Roger Federer Vs Alexander Zverev

World number two Roger Federer got past the German Alexander Zverev in three sets. Six-time ATP World tour winner Federer won the first set 7-6(6). However, the young German came back in the second set as he won it 5-7. Federer then came into cruise control mode winning the final set 6-1. Federer will now face Marin Cilic in the final Boris Becker group match. Cilic has already been eliminated from the semi-final.

Marin Cilic Vs Jack Sock

Marin Cilic has been eliminated from the World Tour Final semi-final spot as he lost to Jack Sock in the second match. Sock won the match 5-7, 6-2, 7-6(4). Sock will play against Zverev in the last match.

2018 FIFA WORLD CUP QUALIFIER

The Republic of Ireland Vs Denmark

Denmark qualified for the FIFA World Cup as they defeated Ireland 5-1 in the return leg of the playoffs. Ireland took the lead in the first off, but a Christian Eriksen Hat-trick sealed the deal for Denmark to make it to the World Cup.

International Friendlies

England Vs Brazil

The highly anticipated England Vs Brazil ended in a dull draw as Brazil’s attack was unable to penetrate the English defence. England has now drawn both their friendlies. The Brazilian front three of Neymar, Philippe Coutinho and Gabriel Jesus enjoyed a lot of possession but were not rewarded for their efforts.

Baron Corbin defeated Sincara to retain his US title.

Jimmy Uso defeated Chad Gable in a singles match.

Charlotte defeated Natalya to become the SmackDown Women’s Champion.

Kurt Angle and The Shield attacked Shane McMahon in the main event.
