Third Ashes Test match, WACA, Perth

Australia regained the Ashes after winning the third Test at WACA by an innings and 41 runs. Damp pitch delayed the start of play on the last day of the Test match, but Josh Hazelwood started the proceedings of the day by picking up a wicket on the second ball of the day of Jonny Bairstow.

Dawid Malan showed some resistance but gloved one to Paine on 54 runs. Hazelwood picked up five wickets in the second innings. Steven Smith was adjudged the man of the match for his double century in the first innings.

India vs Sri Lanka, 3rd ODI, Vizag

India won the match by eight wickets and clinched the three-match ODI series 2-1 in Vizag.

India won the toss and chose to bowl first in the third and final ODI of the series in Vizag. India made one change to their squad with Kuldeep Yadav coming in place of Washington Sundar.

Sri Lanka also made one change to their side with Sadeera Samarawickrama replacing Lahiru Thirimanne. Upul Tharanga scored 95 and was the only bright spot for the Sri Lankan side in the match.

India chased down the target in 31 overs with Shikhar Dhawan scoring his 12th ODI hundred. He was also adjudged the man of the series.
