AS Monaco striker Kylian Mbappe is yet to commit his future as he is currently holding meetings with potential suitors Real Madrid, Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain.

Best Young Forward

The 18-year old had a sensational season with Monaco and has caught the attention of big clubs across Europe as he is the youngest player with the highest potential at the moment.

He became the youngest player in the 21st century to score 15 league goals in the ‘top 5 leagues’. He was also clinical in Europe’s elite competition, Champions League, as he managed to score 6 goals last season. He managed to score an impressive 26 goals and 14 assists across all competitions for Monaco, making him the most wanted teenager in European football.

PSG hopeful to seal the deal

According to French outlet L’Equipe, the teenager along with his father has held talks with French giants Paris Saint-Germain. The report suggests that the talks ‘went very well’ with PSG sporting director Antero Henrique and president Nasser al-Khelaifi as they look to convince him on a move.

Mbappe is believed to have doubts over his playing style under manager Unai Emery and about his playing time as he will need to play alongside Edinson Cavani. However, the club have assured Mbappe that he would be their main man. The club are also ready to pay massive wages to force a deal as they eye to sign him ahead of their competitors.

PSG had finished second to Monaco in the league and found little success in Champions League once again last season as they endured a tough season. However, the club are desperate to make amends this season by becoming the dominant team once again.

Mbappe have reportedly stressed the importance of playing alongside his Monaco teammate Fabinho and asked PSG to make a move for him as well if he were to join the Parisian club. PSG’s interest in the Brazilian midfielder has been since long ago but their €45 million (£39.5) was rejected by Monaco.

Monaco are desperate to keep hold of their players and especially not sell their best duo to their direct league rivals as the club looks to build on their success from last season.
