The former India skipper MS Dhoni showed some hints of his vintage form during the exciting second ODI of the five-match series against Windies at Visakhapatnam.
Meanwhile, the second fixture saw a dramatic finish as Windies led a brilliant chase to finish the game in a draw. Shimron Hetmyer and Shai Hope led a brilliant fightback in reply to India’s target of 321. Shai Hope remained unbeaten on 123 runs while Shimron Hetmyer smashed a 64-ball knock 94 including four fours and six sixes.

Previously Virat Kohli brought his 37th ODI hundred to guide India to a massive total at Vigaz. Kohli broke an array of records during unbeaten 157 runs knock in the second fixture. In doing so, he became the fastest batsman to score 10,000 one-day international runs in just 205 innings. Kohli reached the milestone after adding only 81 runs to arguably become the greatest of all time.
However, MS Dhoni, who attracted criticism following his lean patch in England and Asia Cup, showed some hint of return to form in the second ODI. He rotated the strike beautifully while Virat Kohli hammered the bowlers. However, Dhoni soon came into the grove as he struck Marlon Samuels over his head to announce his arrival.
