A Team of Game Changers:
While DC has a well-defined batting order, the series-winning factor for them could be the number of game-changing players they have gathered. The skipper Iyer can play some quality knocks–to give the team a much-needed kick-start.
In the previous edition of the premier event, Iyer aggregated a total of 463 runs from 16 matches.
Meanwhile, they have the likes of a spinner in Amit Mishra, who could be equally important and prove lethal to the opponents. And with an added flavour of spin to their squad, Mishra would be eyeing to scalp most wickets for the team.
Whereas, DC also have Rishabh Pant, who might not have been consistent with the bat in the international ground. However, he has the special talent to bewilder its opponents. Other than them, DC has been successful to get their hands on the Caribbean brute force, Shimron Hetmyer.
So, considering all these factors, DC has subsequently upped their game this time, and has all the required players to win the IPL 2020.
