Manchester United have been a busy club since the end of the previous season as they managed to get into the Champions League for the next season and are now busy in trying to improve the squad for the challenges that lie up ahead.
The Red Devils have allowed their top goal scorer in Zlatan Ibrahimovic to leave this summer while are also looking to get rid of club’s top goal scorer Wayne Rooney but they have managed to complete the signing of Belgian international Romelu Lukaku.
The former Chelsea and Everton man is one of the finest finishers in England at the moment and will add goals to United’s front line but Jose Mourinho is desperate for some serious additions to the first team and is still looking to add a number of star players to his squad before the start of the next season.

Failed bids
The Red Devils are desperate for a versatile midfielder who can handle the pressure of European football and Inter Milan’s 28-year old attacker has been on the radar for Mourinho for quite a while now.

It is reported that Perisic rejected a £68,000-a-week deal, with the knowledge that he could earn more in the Premier League before he turns 30.
Manchester United have reportedly agreed on terms of the deal with the player but are yet to agree on a price with the Italian side ahead of a move this summer.
Inter Milan have already rejected two bids of £26m (€30m) and then £34.7m (€40m).
It is reported that the Serie A outfit are holding out on a fee of £43.4m (€50m), which will be enough to land him at Old Trafford.
However, Mourinho is not prepared to spend more than £35m on the 28-year old and has other plans for this deal.
Italian full-back as part of the deal
Reports now claim that Mourinho is ready to offer one of his players back to Inter Milan as a part of the deal to land Ivan Perisic this summer.

The report claims that Italian defender Matteo Darmian, who has not been able to impress the Portuguese manager, could be used as a part of the deal by the Red Devils to land the Croatian midfielder this summer.
