WWE superstar Lana has to carry a lot of heats from the fans, all the time due to her storyline perspective in WWE and her past. While she is happily married with Rusev, we have seen getting her involved in romantic angles with the likes of Dolph Ziggler, Enzo Amore, Aiden English, and last but not the least, Bobby Lashley, with whom she had several make-out sessions on Monday Night RAW programming.
All of those have been kayfabe relationships for TV while Lana never ever had a fallout with husband Rusev, at all. But sometimes fans don’t want to understand the character she’s playing and thus starts blaming her based on the on-screen personality.
Such a thing happened recently when a fan went bad-mouth over the Ravishing Russian on social media. Rusev was the one to defend her wife by replying to the concerned fan.
The Former WWE star took to Twitter to hit back an individual who called his wife, Lana, an “annoying c-nt”. The Twitter user tagged both Lana and Rusev in his post writing “Ur just an annoying c-nt, we shud call u thrush”.
Rusev commented in a significant way by pointing out the fan’s Twitter picture, which had his young child,
“This is a father and his lovely little child,” Rusev wrote. “What example this child will have in his future. Also hope you never have a daughter so other FATHERS CALL HER that name.”

While Lana seems to be enjoying her WWE stint, her husband is no more in contract with the company. Once his no-compete clauses get over with WWE, he’s expected to show up in any of the WWE’s rival promotion.
Rusev recently addressed the rumors and speculations on his post-WWE future while appearing in one of his Twitch streams. He was seen commenting on joining Impact Wrestling promotion, probably. But, he ultimately didn’t confirm or deny whether he will be debuting with Impact at their July 18 Slammiversary pay-per-view.
“I understand why you think it’s me, but I can’t confirm or deny. Or I don’t wanna confirm or deny. Maybe they wanna pay me a million dollars for one match. Who knows? Maybe I’ll come in,” Rusev said.
Meanwhile, Lana is over with his adult storyline with Bobby Lashley on Raw as the latter one sought a divorce from her. Moving forward, she is now seen allying with Natalya and the duo could end up forming a women’s tag team in the near future.
