Indian Tennis Star Sania Mirza is going to be a mother soon. In fact, Sania gave a finest of the replies when she was asked to deliver a baby boy.
Meanwhile, Mirza has also given her choice that she wants a have a ‘little girl’.
On the other hand, Sania talked about the challenges that she faced growing up as she and her sister Anam Mirza were always asked they don’t have a brother.
Sania attended a recent event where she talked about the development of women and a girl child in particular.

Once again, Sania Mirza hits the nail on the coffin.
Sania said the people felt pity for her family as she didn’t have a brother. However, Sania’s parents always supported Sania through thick and thin. Thus, she is an inspiration for all the girls who take up sports as their career.
“I come from a family of two girls and till today even after everything that I have achieved or try to achieve when people meet me, they ask, “Do you not have any brother?” and when I answer “No”, they say “oh” (are). And I am like, that’s fine, it’s absolutely okay because we never felt that need,” Sania said in a recently held programme.
Furthermore, Sania added that people who meet her, ask for a baby boy. Instead, in a response, she tells them to pray for a baby girl. In fact, this has been the mentality of the people for a long time.

“Now I’m pregnant and every time I meet someone, the first thing that people say is they would pray that I am blessed with a baby boy. But I request them not to do this and if they want to pray for me, pray for a girl child instead, why are you praying for a boy child? That is the sort of mindset that we grow up with consciously or subconsciously.”
