After former Indian pacer Sreesanth went unsold in the mega Indian Premier League auction 2022, a string of users have taken to India’s only multilingual micro-blogging platform ‘Koo’ to lend their support to him.
One of the users, Priyanka Menon, has shared a video of Sreesanth singing ‘Ruk Jana Nahi’.
Another user, Vishnu, lamented the fact that he has not been picked up by any IPL team. “Extremely disappointed by the fact that Sreesanth’s name hasn’t been even considered. It is a shame for the BCCI. Every other country has given a fair chance to their guilty players. This man is clear but still disrespected,” he said.
Atharv Singhania stated that he had hoped someone would pick Sreesanth and Suresh Raina, but is disappointed that they went unsold. “Feeling sad for Sreesanth. He deserves at least one more chance,” he opined.
Tina Saxena shared a meme to express her disappointment over a snub to Sreesanth.
