When WrestleMania season approaches near, legendary names are evident to pop up on the TV screen, at any point. As reported earlier, WWE plans to bring back Edge to the competition.

Plus, the recent reports suggested that Sting and Hulk Hogan could also be on board for the 36th edition of the ‘showcase of immortals’. Both of them seem ready to come back for one last match if only WWE can arrange proper storylines for them.

John Cena Wants A Significant Role In WrestleMania 36

WWE Hall of Famer Sting still has a pledge in doing a match with The Undertaker. The 60-year-old superstar has recently spoken with Sports Illustrated this week and said he’s still open to the idea of competing in the squared circle for one last time and thereby have a proper send-off.

Hulk Hogan Pushing For One Last Match At Wrestlemania 36

Although Sting is retired in 2016 after a neck injury, he is open to accepting one last booking if having the chance to face the 54-year-old Undertaker at WrestleMania 36 in April.

“If there was a Taker situation at WrestleMania, I would listen to that phone call,” Sting said. “I could get in condition and I could pull it off. I think my career is done. I still think about the Taker situation every year, but I don’t think it’s going to happen.”

As you can see, Stinger is very much open to doing that one more match on his terms. But as you can see he is very much aware that the match is not likely to ever happen.

He thinks about the same situation every year and WWE continues to disappoint him. Rumors have always suggested that the match is in the pipeline. But Vince McMahon never sanctioned the contest considering Sting’s neck concussion.

Meanwhile, Hulk Hogan is the other name who is teasing big things in due course, on his social media handle. In his latest post, the Hulk-ster revealed that something big is about to go down.

It is still not clear whether he is talking about a potential WrestleMania planning or not. But he was reportedly pushing for that last match in his home state on April 5th. Hopefully, WWE has finally listened to his pledge as we expect an official confirmation on this.
