German midfielder Toni Kroos is only 27 years old but has already won it all when it comes to his career as he had plenty of success with his parent club Bayern Munich and then Real Madrid in the last couple of seasons.

The passing master is arguably the best midfielder in the world at the moment as he dictates the play for Real Madrid in central midfield and will once again play a massive role in their proceedings when Los Blancos face Juventus in UEFA Champions League final on Saturday at Cardiff.

The match will mark his 19th final of his career as he has failed to reach final only twice in 2011 and 2015 since beginning his senior career a decade ago.

The first final he ever played was with Bayer Leverkusen in 2008-09 season when he was on a loan from Bayern Munich. However, he soon became an integral member in the stellar Bayern Munich lineup and had made a name for himself at his home club.

During 2012/13 season, the German played a crucial role in treble winning season and have taken part in as many as five finals during 2013. His career has been on a rise since that season as he subsequently won the coveted FIFA World Cup trophy in 2014.

He had then joined Real Madrid in the summer of 2014 and subsequently featured for them in  UEFA Super Cup and Club World Cup final as he has also played in DFB Pokal final for Bayern Munich at the end of 2013/2014 season.

He went on to win Champions League again with Real Madrid in 2016 as he once again featured in UEFA Super Cup and Club World Cup final last year. He also managed to join the elite list of players to have won Champions League trophies with two different clubs.

On Saturday, he has the chance to add another Champions League trophy to his name as Real Madrid will look to retain the trophy against Juventus at Cardiff. All in all, Toni Kroos played 13 out of 19 finals he participated in and have not lost any final since the German Super Cup in 2013 which is a good omen for Los Blancos going into Champions League final on June 3.
