Los Angeles will be hosting WrestleMania 37 on March, 28th 2021 but the status of the show may be in up in the air. The city has considered holding off large gatherings until midway through next year because of the global Coronavirus pandemic that has put sporting, music and cultural events on halt. In that case, the show of shows is bound to get affected for two years in a row.

Mayor Eric Garcetti discussed the issue during a weekly briefing with a group of high-level staff from several departments from the city that includes Fire Chief Ralph Terrazas. Garcetti hinted during the conference call that “large gatherings such as concerts and sporting events may not be approved in the city for at least 1 year”.
Garcetti also stated that he would like to reopen the economy in separate phases,
“It was also noted in the email that Garcetti would like to start reopening the economy, starting with “essential businesses and small businesses … phased in over a period of time (6-10 months).”

If that is the case then WrestleMania 37 won’t be allowed to have crowds. So we could end up seeing another edition of fan-less WrestleMania at the SoFi Stadium. Or else, the scene could be like this year where WrestleMania will be moved to another state or gets taped at the empty WWE Performance Center.
WWE was initially planning very big with the 37th edition of WrestleMania by moving it into the Hollywood after 16 years. But the likelihood of seeing it in California seems less. The newly built SoFi Stadium has The stadium holds 70,000. The belief is that seating arrangements can be expanded for an event like WrestleMania to hold upwards of 100,000 fans.

But everything is up for now due to the coronavirus pandemic. Businesses, countries, and states all around the globe have come to a halt courtesy of this deadly virus’ attack. So there’s uncertainty all around the pro-wrestling world that includes the biggest event of the year.
Thus, chances are there that WrestleMania gets host without an audience, again. WWE won’t make an announcement regarding the rescheduling of the event until it approaches closer.
