Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair, and Ronda Rousey made history at Wrestlemania 35 by main-eventing the show. For the first time ever, the women superstars featured on the last of the card that deserves a round of applause. Lynch was the one to steal the show by coming out of the match as the winners and make history by becoming the Raw and Smackdown women’s champion at the same time.

Huge title match confirmed at Money in the Bank

The match is significant for another reason as the almighty Ronda Rousey suffered her first loss in the WWE at Wrestlemania 35. She lost her title and decided to take a hiatus without any clarification on it. That was until now when she released a video giving a significant update on her pro-wrestling future. It will be a really long time that we’ll see her back in a squared circle.

Why Ronda Rousey was furious on WWE?

Update on Ronda’s future

For the first time since Wrestlemania, Ronda Rousey released exclusive video footage to open up on her wrestling future. Furthermore, she also revealed how the injury happened during the main event match and the reason why she will take an extended hiatus from in-ring competition. The prime reason declared in the video is her will to become a mother which is the main focus for her, right now.

It’s no secret that Ronda Rousey was dealing with baby fever even before joining WWE in 2018. This is why her WWE stint always going to be a short one as per the previous update. Now that Wrestlemania is over, she intended to become a mother which become priority number one for her.

If the process of becoming a mother begins now then there’s no way that she will return to the ring in more than a year. So there’s no chance to see Ronda Rousey back in the WWE in 2019 or even 2020. There’s also a chance that we may not see her back, at all! Here are the comments from the Rowdy superstar,

“As for WWE plans in the future, we want to have a baby first. I don’t know what it’s like to have a baby. I could look down at this beautiful child and be like ‘f*ck everything, I don’t care about anything else other than this baby.’ And you’ll never see me again.

Or, I could be like my mom, who she trained while she was eight months pregnant and then won the US Open six weeks after giving birth. Which was unbelievable. I don’t think I’m going to try and aspire to her level. But I’m just saying, you never know, I don’t want to make any promises about the future when I don’t know how I’m gonna feel in the future.” (H/T ProWrestlingSheet)
