The next pay-per-view event conducted by the UFC promotion will be having perhaps the greatest sports entertainer of all-time in attendance. Proving the ongoing rumors true, The Rock will indeed be attending the show to do the honor of handing over the title to the winner of the main event match. It will be his first televised appearance following a show-up on SmackDown, earlier this month.
WWE to return with a patriotic show
It was the UFC President Dana White who commented on The Rock and his status for the UFC 244 pay-per-view event hinting that he may be a special guest on the show. While doing a recent Instagram Live video with White, The Brahma Bull backed up the words.

He will be attending the event this upcoming Saturday night. Plus, he will present the winner of Jorge Masvidal and Nate Diaz with the “Baddest Mother F*****r” title belt at the show.
The Rock added that he would also be in attendance for the UFC press conference this Friday night. Here he would likely make an announcement of something he “wanted to tell the UFC fans and MMA community first,” according to ESPN.
It’s not that the UFC has reached a deal with the former WWE Champion. Rather he will be seen representing Endeavor, which is an agency that also owns the UFC.
The UFC 244 pay-per-view event takes place this Saturday (November 2nd, 2019) at Madison Square Garden in New York City, New York. The New Yorkers can expect a fun night with the most electrifying man in sports entertainment, The Rock in presence. It will be interesting to see what he has to say about appearing in an MMA event.
As mentioned earlier, The Rock was present on WWE programming for the Friday Night SmackDown on FOX premiere on October 4th. He did an in-ring promo segment with King Corbin and WWE RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch.
It was a classic segment where we heard some of his pendant catchphrases after he decided to ‘lay the smacketh down’ on Corbin. The fans got to witness the infamous People’s Elbow and the Rock Bottom that also created a record TV viewership for the show.
