WWE News: WWE Superstar Rusev To Set A New Record At Wrestlemania 35

Rusev is not in a good position in WWE for the past several weeks. He is dealing with this problem for quite sometimes which may not have any imminent solution to it. In fact, the condition may have been so bad that he could even think of leaving the company. In that case, WWE is not going to give him any suitable Wrestlemania spot, either.

In a recent tweet, Rusev responded to a fan saying that we may not see him in the WWE after a few days. Normally, he likes to play with the fans with some humorous jabs on social media. But with all these speculations ongoing around some of the dissatisfied WWE superstars, we won’t be surprised if this comes out as a legit truth. Additionally, E Network also removed Rusev and Lana from the cast of Total Divas that fuelled up the speculations of the duo’s potential departure.

Additionally, wwfoldschool.com came up with a significant report that might make Rusev fans frustrated. He is on a losing spree for sometimes that is all set to create an all-time new record. Currently, he is on the verge to make a record for consecutive losses. Here’s more from the source,

“As seen on the FastLane 2019 Kickoff Show, the team of Rusev & Shinsuke Nakamura lost to The New Day in a tag team match. This was Rusev’s 17th back-to-back WWE PPV loss. If Rusev loses at WrestleMania 35 as well, then he’ll set the all-time record for most back-to-back WWE PPV losses ever (he’s currently tied with former World Heavyweight Champion The Great Khali for this record).”

Rusev posted the following on Twitter to take a sarcastic note on the situation. Here’s what he has to say about setting this embarrassing record at WrestleMania 35:

“Knowing how things are they probably won’t even let me be number 1!!!”

At present, Rusev and Shinsuke Nakamura are in a random feud against Aleister Black and Ricochet. The latter team is looking forward to having an opportunity to the WWE Raw tag team championships at Wrestlemania. They have not been on a losing side of a match to date in traditional two-on-two contests. Hence, they are likely to protect their records defeating the heel team from Smackdown.

As for Rusev and Nakamura is concerned, they should end up competing in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal at Wrestlemania. It is really worrying to see such two gem talents on the roster competing in such battle royals with no purpose. We definitely want the scene to be changed which may not be the case in reality. Thereby, Rusev’s career in WWE will continue to stay in jeopardy.
