According to the latest reports of WrestleVotes, WWE Money In The Bank 2020 pay-per-view will no longer take place, as per schedule. It was originally supposed to be the first big post-WrestleMania event on WWE Network which is no more intact due to the obvious coronavirus outbreak. The source noted there’s no update as to when the show will air,
“Source states the Money In The Bank PPV event scheduled for 5/9 in Baltimore will not happen as planned. TBD, as is everything else right now, as to when / where this PPV will take place.”

Drew McIntyre Defends WWE Title On WWE Raw Against Returning Big Show
The 2020 WWE Money In the Bank pay-per-view was previously confirmed from Baltimore, Maryland. The Royal Farms Arena announced that the gimmick-based event will be held at the venue on May 10.
This would have been the first WWE pay-per-view in this arena since Extreme Rules 2017 and ticket bookings have also begun from March 13. But unfortunately, the show had to be canceled amid Coronavirus pandemic.
WWE Raw results (06/04/20): Drew McIntyre-Big Show, Post-Wrestlemania 36 Episode
This might have come after Florida Governor Ron DeSanti announced a “stay-at-home” mandate for the entire state, from the last week of March. Florida is being shut down due in a try to slow down the coronavirus spread. People in the state aren’t allowed to leave their house unless they have essential business works or have to go to the grocery store or the pharmacy.
This had to affect WWE’s programming as they have been taping RAW, SmackDown and NXT at the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida for the past several weeks with zero audiences.
Currently, the tapings are stopped which could have resumed from April 10th onwards. But the situation is very much uncertain at this point and there’s confirmation whether episode filming will begin, at all or not.
WrestleVotes also noted that WWE may consider taking a break after this weekend’s WrestleMania 36:
“Rumors around the PC last week were that if the state of FL issued a Stay Home order, which happened today, WWE would reconsider taking a break post Mania. The RAW after is shot. I’ve been told if they are pausing for a while, some footage shot won’t be aired. TBD at this point.”

In that case, we’ll have to wait and see what WWE decides to do with future tapings. They have already canceled all the scheduled events for the entire month of April. If the situation becomes positive then WWE could start touring from the month of May onwards.
