WWE Friday Night Smackdown Full Results: December 13, 2019
Last night marked the go-home edition of SmackDown for the TLC pay-per-view event. It had the headliner segment with Roman Reigns in an ‘unchained’ situation.
A few of tag team matches were the card whereas Bray Wyatt continued to scare away The Miz on the show that took place at the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
King Corbin opened this week’s SmackDown who was carried into the ring in a royal caravan. Dolph Ziggler joined him in the ring to cut a heel promo on Roman Reigns until Kofi Kingston and Big E interrupted him.
Kofi joked around Corbin and his accomplishments which forced the King of the Ring winner to shove the mic off Kofi’s hands and leave the ring.
Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville vs. Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross was the opening match lineup for SmackDown. Rose and Deville attacked their opponents at the backstage area before dragging them to the ring.
Thus they took control of the matchup in the initial part. They went for a double suplex on Cross but Bliss pulls Rose out of the ring by her legs. Cross took advantage of this and hit the Neckbreaker to get the win.
Shorty G and Mustafa Ali vs. The Revival was the next match lineup on SmackDown. G hit a German Suplex whereas Ali followed up with a 450-splash but could manage to earn the pinfall.
Ali delivered a big elbow on Dawson and went to hit a high-flying move but The Revival executed the Shatter Machine on him to get the victory.
A backstage confrontation happened between SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley and Dana Brooke setting up for the next matchup. Brooke ran into a slap but she successfully hit a sunset flip powerbomb for a near fall. Bayley soon took a cheap shot and planted Brooke into the mat to get the win.
Renee Young was interviewing The Miz about his match with Bray Wyatt at TLC. He was in his house in LA instead of making a live appearance on SmackDown where we suddenly heard Maryse screaming.
Wyatt seemed to have appeared on a baby monitor on the iPad. One of the baby dolls was found in a painted condition looking like The Fiend. The camera ended the segment as Wyatt aired another episode of Firefly Funhouse on SmackDown.
Heavy Machinery competed against Shinsuke Nakamura and Cesaro on SmackDown. Machinery failed to hit The Compactor whereas Nakamura missed the Kinshasa Kick. Otis then hit the Caterpillar to a huge pop from the crowd.
Sami Zayn distracted him as Cesaro sent him to the floor. Nakamura hit the Kinshasa on Tucker to get the win.
Kofi Kingston vs. King Baron Corbin took place in the main event of SmackDown. Ziggler tried to interfere as a brawl broke out at ringside. Thus the match got converted into a tag team contest as Kofi and E teamed to take on Ziggler and Corbin.
The match was eventually disqualified as Corbin used a chain on Kofi and tried to deliver an attack on him. The Revival also hit the ring to hit the Shatter Machine on Big E. Roman Reigns music hit as he came out to fight Ziggler, Corbin, and the security guards.
Ziggler hit him with a Superkick and set up him up on the announce table. But Reigns caught him with a Chokeslam through the table as Corbin retreated. Reigns stood tall to end this week’s SmackDown.
