Manchester United managed to take all three points from their trip to the Turf Moor at the weekend as they won a game at one of the toughest places to travel to in England.
Sean Dyche’s side were solid throughout the game but first half goals from Anthony Martial and Wayne Rooney were enough for the Red Devils to snatch the three crucial points that pushed them back into the race to the top-4.
The victory would have been satisfying for Mourinho, thanks to performances of his players but more so because his side were able to get the better of Burnley without their top goalscorer Zlatan Ibrahimović.

The Swedish international is still among one of the most prolific goal scorers in Europe and joined Old Trafford at the start of the season a free transfer.
And at the moment, he stands as one of the most productive purchases in England as he 28-goals to his name in all competitions this season.
He hit the winner for both the cups that Manchester United have won this season and has been integral to the squad.
However, the Red Devils were dealt a blow recently when it was revealed that the 36-year old picked up a nasty injury that has ended his season.
Initial tests suggest that he could be out till January next year and Zlatan has already given his fans a touching message on Instagram.
Here is his post:
The message read:
First of all, thank you for all the support and love. Its no news I got injured so I will be out of football for a while. I will go through this like everything else and come back even stronger. So far I played with one leg so it shouldn’t be any problem. One thing is for sure, I decide when its time to stop and nothing else. Giving up is not an option. See you soon
Ibrahimović is contracted at Old Trafford only till the end of the season and is still to put pen to paper on a new deal.
He is wanted by a couple of clubs in US and in China but Zlatan is yet to decide on his future.
Jose Mourinho is convinced that he needs a replacement in any case and is looking at some of the star players across Europe but he will surely have an eye on the future of the Swedish striker/
Do you think Zlatan has played his last competitive game for Manchester United?
