Swedish legendary footballer Zlatan Ibrahimovic has insisted that he will not be retiring anytime soon despite being released by Manchester United earlier this week.
The 35-year old has been the best player for the Red Devils this season before a horrific knee injury ended his stint with the Premier League giants.
He will be free agent at the end of June but will be out of action for the remainder of the year after undergoing a surgery in May for the knee injury he suffered against Anderlecht in Europa League at Old Trafford.
The Swede is currently undergoing rehabilitation and has revealed that he is ahead of schedule in his recovery which is slated to be in early 2018 as he is able to kick the ball without crutches.

Zlatan’s agent Mino Raiola has also admitted that Ibra could play at the highest level for at least two years before making a move to USA or China in the fag end of his career.
‘Many clubs have asked for Zlatan,’ he said. ‘He can play two more years and will stay in Europe, 100%.’
Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has also paid tribute to his teammate. The Frenchman was seen having great time with Zlatan during the last one year and have praised the Swede’s incredible mentality that rubbed onto the team.
‘He’s a wonderful person, incredibly funny, I only spend great moments with him,’ the France midfielder told Sky Sports.
‘On the pitch he is a winner, he added this mentality to our team. He scored a lot of goals this season, nobody would have thought that given his age,’
‘He was unlucky and suffered a bad injury but he won three trophies with us. He will always be Zlatan.’
