But she could not regain her lost push since dropping the title to Natalya at SummerSlam 2017.

Cameron who was a member of the WWE stable the Funkadactyls during her time in WWE recently spoke to WINCLY where she talked about her former Tag Team partner Naomi and she gave her opinion on if she should join the famous WWE stable from the Bloodline. She said;

“Her and her husband, they had a small moment before when they were together, but I think that could be dope for her.

“I see Naomi as her own entity, though, and she deserves to have that before her time is up but maybe having something with being a part of The Bloodline will then get her to the point of having something by herself if she were to join them because Roman [Reigns] has been at the top for so long, and now with The Usos being a part of that, it’s only just going to increase her fanbase. If she weren’t, then she can go do her own thing.”

back,’ and, will I be back? That’s to be determined, but I actually reached out to Vince [McMahon] himself and was like, you know what, I’m going to go to the person who’s at the top. I miss being in that world of wrestling. I saw Naomi three months ago, and I was like, you know what, if I have nothing, if I never got the championship, I feel like having the tag team titles would be awesome.

“I feel like I would feel fulfilled. I feel like I would get that feeling of feeling accomplished because The Funkadactyls were awesome, but I still feel there’s this void that I’m missing, and I feel like if I was able to go back and, not only that, we’d be making history. We would be the first black women ever — I hate to throw that term around when it comes to race, but we’d be the first black women ever to have the belts.”

“He actually responded, which is crazy. I know he’s a busy person. He was like, ‘I’ll pass this along to John Laurinaitis,’ who’s head of Talent Relations.”

Cameron Gives Her View On Naomi’s Current Storyline In Smackdown

WWE star Cameron aka Ariane Andrew who was a member of the WWE stable the Funkadactyls during hard time in WWE recently talked about her former Tag Team partner Naomi. She talked about the current storyline of her former partner in which she is involved in right now.

Naomi is a former two times WWE SmackDown Women’s champion. She was treated as one of the biggest stars in WWE for quite a while after the second official brand extension of WWE. But after she dropped the title to Natalya at Summerslam 2017 she could never get her lost push back. At the time it looked like she would never get her lost push back and she would be stuck in the corner as a jobber.

Recently she was going through a very tough time in Monday Night RAW, as usual. Her biggest concern was grabbing the Women’s Tag Team championships along with her Tag Team partner Lana. But Lana got released from WWE recently and there was nothing special left for her on RAW. She did compete in some singles matches where she had to job for most of the time.

She was finally given in chance to shine on SmackDown once again. The storyline was quite unique here. She kept on asking Sonya Deville for a match almost every week on SmackDown, but Sonya kept on ignoring her. One week she got angry and threatened Sonya that she would take action if she was not given a match. Sonya still refused to give her a match and the very next week she challenge Sonya herself. But the match never happened, even though it is quite clear that Sonya Deville will return to in ring action through this feud.

Cameron aka Ariane Andrew who was a member of the WWE stable the Funkadactyls during hard time in WWE recently spoke to WINCLY where she talked about the current storyline of her former partner Naomi in which she is involved in right now. She said;

“It’s always something, that’s the truth. Whenever we talk, there is always ‘what’s happening with Naomi,’ and I don’t know what’s going to take to finally have that moment that she deserves before she decides to wrap it up and be like, ‘I’m done.’ We’re not getting any younger.

“We’re getting older, so it makes me upset, but I’m a person that likes to look at the glass half full instead of half empty, and maybe there’s an opportunity that’s around the corner. And I do feel like timing is everything, and to be quite frank, with Bianca [Belair] having that moment, and WWE kind of expanding themselves and now kind of seeing talent of color have their place, like with Big E getting the title and these type of things.

“I feel like having two women of color at the moment would be too much, based on just how the progression has been with WWE because, think about it, the first person who had that moment for being a Black woman was Sasha [Banks], but she’s also half white. I think now with having Bianca being in the forefront, that has to play its course before they would bring Naomi to have a moment.”

Cameron Thinks Women’s Division Of WWE Is Not Good Enough

Former WWE star Cameron aka Ariane Andrew said that the current WWE roster is not good enough because it is too fragile. If fans keep watching same match every week, it will not remain interesting no matter how talented they are.

After the recent releases, SmackDown has only 4 wrestlers in the squad who can have singles feud right now. And among them Bianca Belair is being built in a boring Unstoppable way. Last week on Smackdown Carmella faced Liv Morgan where Liv Morgan had to win to qualify for Money in the Bank. The match was totally predictable because there was no other option in the blue brand.

Cameron Thinks Women’s Division Of WWE Is Not Good Enough

This is the biggest problem with WWE remained for years, when they start to push someone, that particular wrestler becomes unstoppable completely. And when he or she is losing his or her push, the individual becomes extremely fragile, something that is totally meaningless.

Bianca Belair right now is completely unstoppable. No one can beat her. And this is the biggest reason why she is getting boring day by day. And at SmackDown she does not have many contenders either. She is currently having feud with Bayley whom she has beaten already and will beat in future again.

Cameron aka Ariane Andrew recently spoke to Wrestling Inc. Daily where she said that the current WWE roster is not good enough because it is too fragile. She said;

“But what’s missing in the Women’s division is. . .if you start seeing the same thing, I don’t care how talented someone is, that person who used to be the underdog that has now elevated, you start to almost become upset. Because you want to see the next underdog, [you want to see] the next person get that opportunity.

“What I’ve learned as a fan from watching wrestling is you want the underdog to prevail. That’s why people watch wrestling. Because it’s an average person who isn’t rich, [doesn’t] have these amazing things in life. When they look at someone who is an underdog it’s like you’re looking at yourself and you are like, ‘Damn, I want that person to have that because it feels like that’s me.’ Let’s take away race.

“Black, white, man, woman, it doesn’t matter. I feel like what wrestling does is [it tells] the person watching it, ‘F*ck race, f*ck color, f*ck gender.’ It’s about saying, ‘Damn, if that person can do it so can I.’

“And I think what is missing at this moment is you keep seeing the same s–t over and over, eventually you’re like, ‘I want the next underdog.’ Think about when Zack Ryder, think about that moment where everyone was like, ‘What the f*ck?!’ I feel like what [the WWE] is missing right now is a, ‘What the f*ck?!’ moment.”

Cameron Praises Sasha Banks And Bianca Belair For Making History At WrestleMania 37

Former WWE star Cameron recently complemented Sasha banks and Bianca Belair for making history at WrestleMania 37. Cameron worked in WWE for 5 years and she was most famous for being the dancing partner of Naomi, together they were known as the Funkadactyls.

At WrestleMania 37, Sasha Banks and Belair created history when they featured on the main event of night one. Previously, Ronda Rousey, Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair featured on the main event of WrestleMania 35 for the first time in WrestleMania history. The match between Sasha Banks and Belair was undoubtedly better than the previous match.

Belair won the Women’s Championship (Smackdown) on the main roster for the first time in her career. And looking at her performances so far, it can be easily said that this is just the beginning. There are plenty more to come.

Currently, Belair is having an excellent feud with Bayley where the former three time WWE Women’s champion is putting over Bianca Belair. Sasha Banks is absent since WrestleMania 37, but she will come back soon to get her Women’s Championship opportunity.

Recently, Cameron aka Ariane Andrew spoke to Wrestling Inc. Daily where she complimented the current WWE SmackDown Women’s champion Bianca Belair and the former Women’s champion Sasha Banks. She said;

“I think [Naomi would knock it out of the park] too. I never want to bash a place that gave me such an amazing opportunity to be where I’m at now. But I do think the thing that is lacking at the moment in the Women’s division is they went so far left with creating a revolution to have women who are badass, which I think is great.

“[They are] giving them an opportunity to main event. Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair, I mean, that’s history. When have we ever seen two black women, and I’m not a person [to make things] about race. But to have that WrestleMania moment, that was major.”
