WWE trying to get rid of the injury bug biting the superstars may not be coming to an end, sooner. Another WWE Raw superstar may have become a victim of the misfortune on the recently bygone WWE Live event. If the recent reports are any indications then a six-time women’s champion, Mickie James has been the latest addition to the injured list of the WWE stars. She was not apparently able to leave the arena on her own due to the ruptured portion of her body.

As per the reports of wrestlingINC.com, WWE hosted a Live Event at Waco, Texas from the blue brand. It witnessed a match between Carmella and the newest member of Smackdown, Mickie James. The otherwise decent contest had to go forward for a quick finish as the latter one went down on her knees. The Princess of Staten Island picked up the win after which the officials had to take her to the back.

“Mickie James may have suffered a knee injury at WWE live event from Waco, Texas. Mickie wrestled Carmella in a singles match that abruptly ended at around 5 minutes due to an apparent injury to James. Our correspondent noted that she had dominated the match up until this point. The match quickly ended when Mickie went down on her knee, and Carmella got the win. James was checked on by a WWE trainer at ringside, but did leave on her own with minor assistance.”

The six-time WWE champion from the female roster did come up with a post on Instagram to plug her June 7 appearance at the 2019 CMA Fest in Nashville, Tennessee. But she avoided doing any sort of comments with ongoing speculation of her injury. If that is true then she will join the current United States Champion, Rey Mysterio who is also out of action due to injury. WWE Raw is advertising him to relinquish the title on tonight’s episode.

In addition, Sheamus and Jeff Hardy are the two other names who are also in the injured list of superstars. As for Mickie James, hopefully, her injury is not that much severe. Or else, WWE may deal a lot of problems in conducting matches from the women’s division. Alexa Bliss, Nia Jax, and Ronda Rousey are already out of the in-ring action aspect due to injuries, as well.
