Paul Wight better known as the Big Show in WWE made his return to in-ring competition at AEW All Out 2021 PPV event. The show that took place in Chicago witnessed him wrestling his first match in AEW as he picked up a pinfall victory after defeating QT Marshall. The finish of the match witnessed QT leaping off the top rope for a move but he was caught by the throat. Wight then hit his pendant chokeslam finisher for the victory.
Wight signed with AEW back in February of 2021 who primarily was assigned to work on commentary for AEW Dark: Elevation. But he always talked about coming back to action and wrestle occasional matches for the promotion which led to AEW All Out 2021 matchup against QT Marshall.

Another former WWE Superstar Rusev now going by the name of Miro was in action in the opening contest of AEW All Out 2021 where defeated Eddie Kingston to retain the TNT Championship.
Ruby Soho arrived at AEW All Out 2021
A 21-Woman Casino Battle Royale for a future AEW Women’s World Championship match was there on the pay-per-view card which was also won by a former WWE Superstar. The Riott Squad leader Ruby Riott, now known as Ruby Soho, made her AEW debut during this match and she went on to win the entire melee.
21 women participated in this match at AEW All Out 2021 for a future title match opportunity. The likes of Hikaru Shida, Skye Blue, Emi Sakura, The Bunny, Abadon, Anna Jay, Kiera Hogan, KiLynn King, Diamante, Nyla Rose, Thunder Rosa, Penelope Ford, Riho, Jamie Hayter, Big Swole, Tay Conti, Red Velvet, Leyla Hirsch, Jade Cargill, Rebel, and Ruby Soho competed in this over-the-top-rope battle royal.

Ruby eliminated Thunder Rosa in the end to win the match. Soho looked for a suplex but Rosa countered by throwing a couple of shots. Rosa looks for a death valley driver but Soho slipped out and sent Rosa into the ring post. Soho then delivered a big kick to the head making Rosa fall down to the floor. Now, Soho has earned an AEW Women’s World Championship match against Britt Baker with this win. In the commentary, Jim Ross accidentally called the winner Ruby Riott!
At AEW All Out 2021, Dr. Britt Baker (c) with Jamie Hayter and Rebel defeated Kris Statlander with Orange Cassidy to retain her AEW Women’s World Championship. Baker ended up hitting a Panama sunrise (commentary called it Pittsburgh Sunrise), a tribute to her boyfriend Adam Cole! Then she locked in the lockjaw submission for the win. There’s no update on when Baker will face Soho for the championship.
