AJ Styles was shifted from Monday Night RAW to Friday Night SmackDown back in May which was a surprising move. Later, it was revealed that he didn’t have a good relationship with the then Executive Director of the red brand, Paul Heyman. Besides SmackDown needed a top name back then on their programming in the absence of Roman Reigns and The Fiend Bray Wyatt.

A few weeks later, Paul Heyman was removed from the creative head position of Raw. After that, he recently joined SmackDown as Roman Reigns’ manager which is the kind of role that he used to play for Brock Lesnar but it’s still very much different. In his presence, it might be time for AJ Styles to switch brand, again.

This time around, NXT would also be associated with the process and who knows whether AJ Styles might just his wish of visiting NXT, fulfilled.

But it seems like WWE still wants to keep these two on separate brands to avoid any kind of serious problems. Also, the Phenomenal One will be moving to Raw for the second time in his career during a Draft of Superstar Shakeup process.

During his Twitch stream, AJ Styles recently mentioned how he wants to face Triple H before retiring. Hopefully, moving to Raw brings him the opportunity he’s looking for,

“I would love to wrestle Triple H [at WrestleMania],” AJ said. “I really want to get in the ring with him. There’s always a reason – it’s not just because he’s Triple H. I always love getting to learn from guys like that. Wrestling The Undertaker was awesome for me. To have that – I’ve tagged with Triple H in Japan, but I’ve never went up against him.”
