The romantic storyline between Rey Mysterio’s 19-year-old daughter Aalyah Mysterio and the 32-year-old WWE Raw star Murphy continued, as seen in this week’s episode. This has surely garnered a lot of attention from the fans whether they have liked it or not. Alexa Bliss has also offered her opinion in the whole matter hinting that she may not be unhappy with the situation. There’s a big reason behind this.
WWE has built many couples throughout the years and they might be trying to build one more as the newest relationship is blossoming on Raw Aalyah Mysterio and Murphy. Alexa Bliss, being the ex-girlfriend of Murphy, couldn’t help but look on to the angle, closely. She had to react to this.

WWE’s Goddess tweeted out: “Honestly I don’t blame him lol” It’s definitely good to have a supportive ex.
This tweet by Bliss received a mixed reaction as she later tweeted out: “Getting attacked for writing about a show y’all are watching anyway.” She indirectly reflected the thought of some people who aren’t apparently aren’t okay with Aalyah Mysterio and Murphy’s new love angle. The huge gap is said to be a big reason while they’re not supporting the idea.
We should note that Alexa Bliss and Murphy called off their engagement in 2018. She’s now happy to be with Ryan Cabrera now.
As seen on Raw, WWE continued the storyline where The Mysterio Family is feuding against Murphy and Seth Rollins. Rollins picked up Murphy’s phone that he left behind in a backstage segment. Moving on, WWE Hall of Famer Jerry Lawler hosted a “King’s Court” segment with Rey, his wife Angie, daughter Aalyah Mysterio, and son Dominik Mysterio.
Seth Rollins interrupted that segment from the big screen as he taunted the family before revealing a text message conversation between Murphy and Aalyah Mysterio, as shown on the big tron.
Murphy: Hey.
Murphy: I just wanted to apologize again…
Aalyah: Thank you.
Murphy: I hope you’re doing okay…
Aalyah: I’m fine. It’s just been a lot.
Murphy: I get it, but if you want to talk about it, I’m here.
Aalyah: I might just take you up on that offer… btw Happy Birthday!
Later, Murphy competed in a match against Murphy which he ended up losing due to interference by his sister. The post-match angle saw Dominik attacking Murphy with the kendo stick until Aalyah Mysterio got in the way and begged him to stop. After arguing for some time Dominik said how his father was right when he said that Aalyah is naive. She ended up slapping Dominik’s face before storming towards, backstage.
