Alexa Bliss has been a mainstay name in the WWE’s female division for the past several years. It’s safe to say that she worked hard to make a name for herself among the so-called Four Horsewomen of the WWE. Being one of the highlights of the women’s divisions, she possesses a tremendous fanbase who always supports her throughout the ups and downs.
At the beginning of 2022, Alexa Bliss was absent from WWE television after Elimination Chamber. She found her way back to the company in May in sort of her original gimmick in the WWE. Before that lengthy hiatus, she was portraying the twisted version of herself, carrying sheds of a previous storyline with The Fiend Bray Wyatt.

Despite that dark persona of Alexa Bliss being long gone, she’s still been carrying her trusty Lilly doll with her, each week. While many questions why the doll remains by her side, they need to understand a babyface bringing that doll will move a lot of merchandise. The evil toy doesn’t make much difference for the superstar’s on-screen character, after all.

Alexa Bliss misses the dark persona of herself
It seems that Alexa Bliss does miss the previous dark version of herself, these days. A fan had shared an image of the darker version of her character summoned by The Fiend and also stated that he missed it. WWE Raw Superstar quoted it by saying, “Me Too,” indicating that she also misses that version of herself.

While portraying that Twisted Goddess character, Alexa Bliss left her feel-good Goddess persona, wore much darker makeup, and also donned a different gear to go deep down into that character. This angle continued with The Fiend’s storyline against Randy Orton, but the character was even more developed after she turned on her demonic character at WWE WrestleMania 37.
It was after that instance that she would introduce the Lilly doll to the WWE Universe that still exists by her side. Moving on in the summer of 2022, Alexa Bliss started working in a tag team with Asuka.
The team alongside Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair digested a huge loss against Bayley, Dakota Kai, and IYO SKY at WWE Clash At The Castle. There’re rumors that the five-time Women’s Champion would go back to the singles title picture. But only time will tell if that happens or not.
