Nikki Bella is considered to be that particular Superstar in WWE history who brought mainstream attention to the female roster at a point when the Divas division was going through a low time. Of course, she got her twin sister Brie Bella by her side to produce two of the biggest reality TV series on the E Network platform in the form of Total Divas and Total Bellas.
Apart from mainstream fame, Nikki Bella had also become one of the most established female WWE Superstars in the history of the company. She is the longest-reigning WWE Divas Champion in history while her sister Brie Bella is also a former champion. These two pretty much revolutionized the content business by offering their daily lives on TV via the two above-mentioned reality TV shows.

Their popularity went skyrocketed at that point through these shows, also affecting their wrestling careers in a positive way. Nikki Bella is now married to Artem Chigvintsev while Brie is married to Bryan Danielson fka Daniel Bryan in WWE. These two pairs have already delivered exciting content for the WWE and the company is apparently looking for more from them given the demand.

WWE wants to engage Brie and Nikki Bella more into their products
WWE is seemingly excited to work more with both Brie and Nikki Bella despite the fact that the celebrity Superstars are long retired from in-ring action. According to the recent reports from PWInsider, the company is eager to bring out new material around the two as both Total Divas and Total Bellas were huge successes. The two shows continue to be credited to offer a new female fanbase and in turn, full-time WWE fans.
Since 2019, both these shows have reportedly been canceled and they’ve not been renewed since. But WWE would love to keep Nikki Bella engaged to some commitment, at least given that she remains one of the biggest star powers among the female members of the WWE Universe. The Bella Twins are pros to offer new contents and ideas that could come to fruition at some point.
Plus, they also keep on teasing one last hurray when it comes to in-ring competition one last time. Brie and Nikki Bella made their return to TV during the Women’s Royal Rumble match, earlier this year. After delivering decent performances, they both were eliminated. They’re now likely coming after the Women’s Tag Team Championships. We will have to wait and see whether that opportunity ends up happening, someday.
