Bayley Wants To Run The Entire WWE With Bestie Sasha Banks

WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley helped her partner, Sasha Banks to secure the Raw Women’s Championship on Monday Night Raw, last week. Thus they both have become dual champions in the company where the singles titles, as well as the tag belts, belong to them. These two have become history-makers who are literally running the Women’s Division.

Speaking with SI.com, Bayley mentioned how this latest run with Banks has been the most fun ride that she’s ever had in her career. She has never enjoyed her WWE run, so much like she’s doing, right now. Well, the former Hugger gimmick-holder has every right to do so as a very few got the chance to hold on to all the belts, simultaneously.

Bayley mentioned how everyone tells her that it’s being reflected from her expressions that she’s having some legit fun on TV. She thinks it’s actually “awesome” that people can see the enjoyment coming within her. The dual champ credited this to The Boss as she loves being around with her as they “get along so freakin’ well.”

The champion who is surpassed 300 days as champion commented on how it took them a long time to get into the top position, together. They both have gone through plenty of ups and downs and “being held back” before climbing to the top of the mountain. Now they’re in a position where they believe they can run the whole company together.

“One of the things we heard a lot was, ‘We can always count on you.’ We believed they could count on us to run the whole company. It took a lot of proving, but that’s what we’re doing now. We are very vocal about what we believe is right and what we want to do to help the company and help the division. It’s finally being able to shine through, and it’s very rewarding.”

“It took a long time for us to get here,” said Bayley. “There have been a lot of ups and downs, a lot of being held back, a lot of doing a lot for nothing. One of the things we heard a lot was, ‘We can always count on you.’ We believed they could count on us to run the whole company. It took a lot of proving, but that’s what we’re doing now.”

Bayley also mentioned how she was scouting new talent for the WWE NXT coaches in 2016. One person who landed a job in the WWE through her, is her current rival, Nikki Cross. She saw a certain fire within this lady since the day these two met in Shimmer Wrestling.

“She’s been around everywhere, and since I met her at Shimmer Wrestling, she has this certain passion. She knows who she is and she’s not afraid to show who she is to the world.”

Bayley and Nikki Cross have competed in a series of singles matches over the SmackDown Women’s Championship, with the most recent being on SmackDown, this past Friday. Bayley picked up yet another win while retaining her SmackDown Women’s Championship and continue the milestone run.
