Ronda Rousey vs. Charlotte Flair has been made official for WWE WrestleMania 38 and Becky Lynch is thrilled about the idea. After The 2022 Women’s Royal Rumble winner chose The Queen for her obliged match for the Smackdown Women’s Title, the champion from the Raw side believes that she made the smart choice.
Becky Lynch took to Twitter after this week’s SmackDown and reacted to Rousey’s WrestleMania 38 announcement. The Raw Women’s Champion sent a message to Rousey after the show and said she made the right choice going for the appetizer first before coming for the main course,
“Smart choice, Ronnie. Go for the gazpacho.”

Becky Lynch pressurized Rousey to choose her as a Wrestlemania opponent during this week’s Raw but Rousey took her down with a judo throw and announced her Smackdown debut where she wanted to let her Wrestlemania 38 decision known.

Then the main event segment of tonight’s SmackDown, WWE Official Sonya Deville told SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair that Ronda Rousey has chosen RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch as her WrestleMania 38 opponent which lead to Flair boasting about a “Mom vs. Mom” matchup at Mania. Charlotte then also picked her WrestleMania 38 opponent, and it’s Sasha Banks.
Rousey then came out and gave a straight-up message to Flair,
“I’ll see you at WrestleMania, b*tch.”
Charlotte then said:
“This Title is my baby and it’s prettier than yours.”
A furious Rousey wanted to attack Flair but Sonya stopped her from getting physical. Rousey ducked a punch from Flair and also a sneak shot from Sonya. Rousey then took Sonya down with the Piper’s Pit and locked in the Armbar to send a message to The Queen to end the show.
WWE officially announced Charlotte Flair (c) vs. Ronda Rousey for the SmackDown Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 38 while Becky Lynch vs. Rousey will take place at some point. The current belief is that WWE will try and save the match for WrestleMania 39 from Hollywood.
Becky Lynch is also scheduled to defend her Raw Women’s Championship against Lita at Elimination Chamber. Moving on Bianca Belair is likely to be her Wrestlemania 38 opponent. But nothing is confirmed regarding that match.
