Online scammers are increasing day by day and top WWE Superstar Becky Lynch went ahead to issue a warning to the fans about it. WWE Superstars often get cloned on online media by fake people to make a fool out of professional wrestling lovers. This ill-practice needs to be stopped and hence superstars have already raised their voices about it.
Becky Lynch is the latest inclusion to it as she took to Twitter, last night and issued a warning to fans who get easily scammed by impostor WWE Superstars on social media. The former Raw Women’s Champion reminded fans on Twitter that no real WWE Superstars would ever ask for money or gift cards. She added that the number of such incidents has grown over time and it made her sick hearing of such incidents.

“It should go without saying, but I, or any other WWE superstar, Would not ever message any fan looking for money or gift cards. Please, if anyone ever messages you, pretending to be me, asking for money, or anything else, immediately block and report. The amount of times I have heard of this happening is sickening,” Becky Lynch wrote.

As noted, scammers often pose as various celebrities to commit fraud over the fans. This has been an issue among the pro wrestling community as of late. One of the recent instances was when a fan allegedly sold their house to help a scammer posing to be Liv Morgan. While Becky Lynch didn’t specifically mention an instance, she definitely looked to be bothered by some recent happenings.
Becky Lynch came back as a heel during SummerSlam last year to pick up the WWE Smackdown Women’s Title without any delay. Then the WWE Draft made her become the Raw Women’s Title which she never lost since Wrestlemania 35 until Wrestlemania 38 where Bianca Belair pinned her for the title.
The devastating loss forced Becky Lynch to stay away from the WWE programming for some weeks but now she is back in the fold. Asuka interrupted her returning session as we expect to have this rivalry between the two top superstars be revisited via a big singles contest.
