WWE Hall of Famer Beth Phoenix who is a former three times WWE Women’s Champion recently talked about the rebranding of NXT and she also talked about her excitement for this rebranding that has been announced for this show.
When NXT was first founded it was more of a talent hunt reality show. They organised a total of five seasons in 2 years. From 2012, it started to be treated as a development Territory of WWE. Soon the show became the third brand of WWE after RAW and Smackdown.

The show started to grow popular among the fans. A lot of fans already started to say that NXT is a better show than both RAW and Smackdown. It had better story lines at a time and it seated its workers better than RAW and Smackdown too. The show was most in control of Triple H whether Vince McMahon and remained busy with RAW and Smackdown.
But after the arrival of AEW, the NXT was losing the rating war every single week. Vince McMahon has recently decided to produce NXT along with Bruce Prichard and but so is now out of control of Triple H.

WWE has already announced a rebranding of the NXT. The new logo for the show has already been announced, even though it has met with terrible reaction from the fans. After the first episode of the rebranded NXT it looks like they are concentrating more on homegrown talents.
Beth Phoenix who is a former three times WWE Women’s Champion recently during her appearance on The Bump talked about the rebranding of NXT and she also talked about her excitement for this rebranding that has been announced for this show. She said;

“Oh, I’m so excited! I mean, new beginnings. The thing is, I feel like everybody is a little bit tentative about change. Like, what’s going to happen? Is this not going to be the NXT we know and love?” But that’s not the case at all. We’re leveling up as a brand.
“We’re going to see new faces, new talent, new excitement, new opportunities. Opportunities can beget new, incredible experiences and new matches, new lineups. I feel like our audience is going to be very pleased with the direction that NXT is headed.”
