Bianca Belair is one of the most hyped wrestlers in the Whole Women’s division of WWE right now. As we all know, she won the latest Royal Rumble match and scheduled to face ‘The Boss’ Sasha Banks at WrestleMania 37 for the Smackdown Women’s Championship. This is a dream come true moment for any wrestler to headline the biggest professional wrestling show on earth.

But many fans have started to label a sticker on her by calling her overrated. Since her arrival in WWE, she has been portrayed as an unstoppable force. She had a long undefeated streak as well. At last year’s Royal Rumble match she eliminated eight individuals. This incident made all of the fans and pundits frown.

Even though NXT is now considered as one of the top brands of the company and not a development territory anymore, it still raised a lot of questions when amid card NXT wrestler was given such a push.

But the question is, how good is she as a main event wrestler and is she ready for this push yet? The bigger question is, that most of the fans are asking right now, is she overrated?

We believe Bianca Belair is definitely an amazing talent, and she deserves all the push she is getting right now. She might be a little over-pushed but she can manage it all. The problem is her gimmick. This is the only reason fans are not taking her seriously. Imagine Santino Marella being a comedy wrestler eliminates eight to ten wrestlers, wins a Royal Rumble match, and headlines WrestleMania, can you accept that? We all know Santino is an amazing talent, but you cannot put on the main events and that is only because of his gimmick.

The same issue is with Bianca Belair as well. It is the gimmick. These types of gimmicks are not suitable for main events. You can easily take someone like Rhea Ripley getting similar treatment, and it is because of the gimmick. That is true, gimmicks define a character on many occasions. So, we believe WWE needs to give a new gimmick to Bianca Belair.

With this gimmick, no matter how good she does, she will never be taken much seriously. She is an amazing athlete, but we fear she might face a massive downfall if she carries on this particular gimmick.
